We accept all major debit and credit cards, including— Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Additionally, you can checkout using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Order tracking and updates are automatically sent to the email used at checkout.
CAN'T FIND YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Occasionally, confirmation emails will show up in your emails spam folder. Please check your junk / spam folders before contacting support. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, use the help link in the bottom right corner to start a support ticket. Please use the email provided at checkout.
CANCEL ORDER
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already processing. Most orders will be processed within 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@conteam.co with your order number and request for the order to be cancelled.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS AUTHENTIC?

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping fees depend on the number of items in your cart and the delivery destination.
HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?
International shipping can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. All orders are shipped from the US and have to arrive through customs before getting processed for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND VAT
Conteam Clothing is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.
TRACKING INFORMATION STATES MY PACKAGE AS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
Conteam Clothing does not hold nor accept responsibility nor issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
