Shopping outside the US?

No problem, we offer real-time currency conversion while shopping. Use the dropdown located at the bottom of any page to change currency.

Converted currency pricing—

Exchange rates are updated in real-time. Due to the nature of currency fluctuation, pricing can vary throughout the day. Currency conversion should be used as an estimate. All sales are processed in USD at the most recent exchange rate. See checkout page for final pricing. Checkout pricing is in USD.

What currency will I be charged in?

All charges are processed in US Dollars. Note: prices may vary in accordance to the time the charge processes in our system due to the exchange rate.

Do you accept debit cards?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including— Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Additionally, you can checkout using Apple Pay and Google Pay.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Order tracking and updates are automatically sent to the email used at checkout.

CAN'T FIND YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Occasionally, confirmation emails will show up in your emails spam folder. Please check your junk / spam folders before contacting support. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, use the help link in the bottom right corner to start a support ticket. Please use the email provided at checkout.

Cancel Order

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order is already processing. Most orders will be processed within 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@conteam.co with your order number and request for the order to be cancelled.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS AUTHENTIC? 

When placing an order, make sure the URL starts with conteamclothing.com. Please use the 'help' button below to report any third-party sites.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard international shipping.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. All orders are shipped from the US and have to arrive through customs before getting processed for delivery.

International Customs and VAT

Conteam Clothing is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance.

Tracking information states my package as delivered but I never received it

Conteam Clothing does not hold nor accept responsibility nor issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.


| Returns and Exchanges

For an easy return / exchange, please fill out the R/E form on the back of your invoice and include it in your return package. If you did not receive a copy of the form or to request a return online, please send an email to support@merchnow.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and contact e-mail.
